New Bay Area Parrot Sanctuary?

A very creative bird person, Connie English,  is working hard to promote the plight of the homeless parrot.  She creates mosaics in a project she calls Arts For Animals.  Soon she heads to Rhode Island to visit Best Friends.  She will be creating a parrot mosaic in their Parrot Garden.  People who donate to her cause can have their pet's name placed on a tile in the mural.  Check out her info and become part of the network.  The ultimate goal would be to create a new parrot sanctuary in this area.
