To Clip or Not to Clip

To trim the wings, or not... The big question. I love to leave my parrots flighted. They seem to appreciate their powerful wings. However, now, with the weather so nice, they are spending some time each day in the outdoor cages. Transporting them from the house to the cages is done by clamping down on their feet to prevent escape. Surely the day will come when one of them will get away. That image has me re-thinking my call. Perhaps a summertime clip would be in order.

Parrot Up for Adoption

I just placed one of my beloved parrots on the classifieds. Will I be able to find him a good home? Maybe. If not, he'll stay with me forever. He doesn't seem to enjoy being in a home full of parrots. He'd make a good only child. This is very difficult!
